The Final Touch Team stepped in to take over for a failing contractor who had barely started on my 300+ unit condominium project. This is never an easy task, but the Final Touch Team came in and got me back on schedule. As the project continued, the team was always ahead of schedule and willing to do whatever I needed, to meet the demands of the schedule. After completing the first 300 units, I gladly awarded them the contract for the next 300 units in phase 2. The Final Touch Team has cleaned nearly 1 million square feet of building for me and I would not hesitate to give them another million. I have been in the construction business for 38 years and worked with numerous construction cleaning contractors in the Seattle area and by far, the Final Touch Team is one of the best.
